Built by an engineer, not a consultant.

I'm Jim Shepherd, a lead engineer with 15+ years solving hard software problems. Most of that at Facebook / Reality Labs and Amazon, building products that millions of people used.

How much does this cost?

Every business is different. Initial consulting starts around $750, custom workshops start around $5,000, and agent setup pilots usually start around $3,500. Web previews still start at $99 under the Web lane. We give you a clear quote before any work starts.

How long does it take?

Most first useful versions are measured in days or a few weeks, depending on how many systems need to be touched. Workshops can happen faster; anything that touches customer systems needs scoped verification before launch.

Do I need to be technical?

No. That's the entire point. We handle the technical work and train your team to use what we build.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. It makes them faster. The goal is to eliminate the repetitive work so your team can focus on what actually needs a human.

What if it doesn't work?

Every engagement has a clearly defined scope. We deliver against that scope, verify it's working, and provide a support window after setup.
